Parasocial relationships can be simplified to the following; Having an affinity or liking to someone you've never met or doesn't know you exist, resulting in possessive behaviour over the other person.

These relationships are common amongst those who consume content on social media, especially Youtube and Twitch.tv.  

So, how about you live a moment in the life of a streamer who is broadcasting their camping trip but you're being followed by a viewer. Unfortunately, you also want to grow your audience, so you have to balance entertaining your gremlin viewers with surviving the parasocial andy
